2020: Results of implementation of Directum RX

On June 26, 2020 the Directum company reported that the Russian divisions of Roche company of the Diabetes directions and Diagnostics passed to digital processes. Employees estimated the increased speed of approval of documents, and heads control indicators of KPI using Directum RX.

For work with documents in "Roche Diabetes Kea Rus" company possibilities of electronic exchange were already used earlier, however small employee groups for the solution of a narrow circle of tasks used them. According to the results of approval documents were printed and signed approving manually.

In 2018 in "Roche Diabetes Kea Rus" passed to full electronic document management with Directum RX. First of all, digitalization affected work with contractual documents. Active project phase – researches, settings and training in "Roche Diabetes Kea Rus" - lasted 2 months, 2 weeks – trial operation.

Employees estimated approval acceleration, transparency of processes, an opportunity to receive statistics and to estimate effectiveness of work of personnel at the first weeks of use of a system. The Directum RX system allows employees who including work remotely, to approve contractual documents from any corner of the country, to see all process and stages at which documents are a date of completion of approval and signing.

During implementation contractual processes are optimized and regulations are specified. Employees without involvement of vendor and internal IT services can independently modify regulations in a system.

Experience of the contractual block of group of legal support gave confidence and an incentive to other divisions to use a system for the directions. Additional processes were covered: for June, 2020 in Directum RX assessment of reliability of the partner and accounting of release and commissioning of promo-materials is executed. In the cloud Directum RX system 200 employees "Roche Diabetes Kea Rus" and 100 employees "Roche Diagnosta Rus" work. 69 types and 26 categories of documents are configured; 16 groups of registration are selected. Depending on parameters a system defines case, responsible for registration, structure approving, etc. Templates with automatic substitution of these partners are used. All this simplifies work and reduces risk of errors. The average term of approval of the agreement makes 3 days, and minimum – 1 day.

Thanks to digitalization of processes of the relation with partners became more serious to be controlled, the risk of signing of the contract with the unchecked partner is excluded. Control of return of documents from partners became simpler. Optimization of internal processes contributes to the development of the companies, market promotion and increase in reputation of the employer.
