Rogneda implements support system of automation of a warehouse

On April 14, 2014 it became known of automation of a warehouse of Rogneda group BIGLit system implementation.

Project Progress

The BIGLit WAS system is implemented in ^{a warehouse with a total area of 3 thousand sq.m}. The warehouse processes 1.2 thousand active nomenclature positions. In a system lot-based, serial account is kept and additional parameters, including dates of production, expiration dates, hazard classes and quality categories of goods are controlled. The official supplier of technology - Klevers company.

Deployment of infrastructure of the BIGLit system was carried out as installation of the software - in the form of service from the built-in DBMS on the server which can represent the desktop computer or the notebook - system requirements of a system are so minimum.

As working tools of employees of a warehouse tablet computers are used. For their contact with the server, the Wi-fi network unrolled in a warehouse was used. The portable scanners connected to tablet computers via Bluetooth interface are used to support of technologies of barcoding. Connection of BIGLit with the accounting system of the enterprise is established through web services.

Implementation in Rogneda company - the first project of automation of a warehouse complex in the Russian Federation where in integration with a specialized software as working tools are used tablet ^[1].
