Ropla Electronics LLC is one of the leading independent distributors in the electronics industry in Poland. The main subject of the Company's activity is wholesale of products and electronic, as well as electrical components of well-known world manufacturers. Ropla Electronics LLC was founded in 1992 and from year to year develops its activities in whole Europe, while expanding its range.

To automate operational accounting in the Russian branch of the company, the management of Ropla LLC turned to the 1C-Rarus shopping center, focusing on the positive reviews of 1C-Rarus customers.

With the increase in the number of customers of the Company, the task of improving the efficiency of interaction with partners and customers was acute.

1C-Rarus specialists got acquainted with the business processes of Ropla LLC, recommended the 1C: Enterprise 8 software product to solve the tasks . Trade and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Problems in the company's work were identified, 1C-Rarus employees demonstrated the configuration capabilities, showing how they can be avoided by working in the program, user training was carried out, the information base was prepared for the start of work.

As a result of the implementation of the new accounting system:

  • A full customer lifecycle management tool has been created. The program stores the initial needs with which the Customer contacted the company, quotations, contracts and invoices. You can always look at what stage of work with the client, what results were achieved and what interactions with the Client are planned;
  • The speed of reaction to appeals has increased. The manager recognizes the incoming call faster, can always quickly view the history of working with the client, which allows you to respond to the request faster;
  • Marketers use tools such as a sales funnel and leadership generation in their work, relying on real data;
  • It has become more convenient for the purchasing department, since the current stock balances and requirements of Customers are available for analysis;
  • The Company's management analyzes and monitors the operation of the business using the program reports.

The accounting system is supported, consulting support of users is carried out.
