2020: Implementation of 1C: Trade and Customer Relations Management (CRM) in RosHydroSnab LLC

The company 1C-Rarus"" received a request from LLC RosHydroSnab"." The company specializes in to trade wholesale other, machines, instruments equipment and equipment for general industrial and special purposes, produced by well-known the Russian and foreign manufacturers. The scope of the client's activity is the equipment of organizations of the sphere,, and HOUSING AND PUBLIC UTILITIES food chemical other industries.

Before contacting 1C-Rarus, employees worked in the 1C: Trade Management software product. But over time, there was a need for a CRM module to capture and analyze customer relationships. In addition, it was important to automate the processing of customer orders and simplify the work of managers.

After a dialogue between the company's manager and the representative of RosHydroSnab, it was decided to install 2 software products, namely 1C:Enterprise 8. Trade and Customer Relations Management and SoftFon Telephony Panel.

After that, an upgrade was carried out from 1C: Trade Management to 1C: Trade and Customer Relations Management (CRM) and licenses for working with IP telephony from 1C (1C-Rarus: Integration with cloud PBXs).

The CRM software product was able to solve the tasks set by the client. Now employees of RosHydroSnab store and analyze information about customers on turnover and debts. Based on the history of contacts with customers and suppliers, they began to plan their interactions in the future without losing the necessary information. An additional advantage of clearly classifying customers in tables was the ability to make personalized mailings to customers with an offer suitable specifically for it. It has become more convenient to analyze project details within a software product. In total, the new software product currently employs 5 employees.
