Upgrade and development of a corporate system IT Enterprise на CHAO Rosava

After eight years' successful operation of the ERP system IT at Enterprise the enterprise, largest in Ukraine, the producer of buses – CHAO Rosava, the city of Bila Tserkva, the companies signed the agreement on cooperation development. Terms of the contract between Information technologies corporation and CHAO Rosava provide upgrade of a corporate ERP system and the beginning of the project on business process optimization of the enterprise on the ERP systems platform IT Enterprise.

The Rosava enterprise is hi-tech and socially responsible company which uses modern standards and the principles of management in the work. CHAO of "POCABA" - the producer of buses, largest in Ukraine, one of leaders on quality of the made products the company in the CIS countries.

Cooperation between the companies began in 2004 after the Information technologies corporation won the tender for delivery and implementation of a complex ERP system for the CHAO enterprise "Rosava".

In work flow on the project of complex automation of the enterprise, the Information Technologists corporation implemented the following modules of the ERP system IT Enterprise:

• Contract and contractual accounting;
• Document management of material and financial flows;
• Management of material resources and inventory control;
• Sales management of products;
• Accounting and tax accounting;
• Administration of a system and access control;
• CCI;
• Financial planning;
• Calculation of planned and actual cost;
• Production management;
• The cost accounting on the main and auxiliary production;
• OLAP of multidimensional business data analysis.

The implemented modules, in full, are in commercial operation on the CHAO enterprises "Rosava" since 2004, thus, all works within the project – transfer of all modules to commercial operation – are executed within one and a half years.

At the moment specialists of Information technologies corporation carry out a complex of works on upgrade of a corporate system IT Enterprise - transition from the old version of a product to a modern ERP system of IT Enterprise version 9.11. Need of upgrade is caused by changes in the legislation and in the systems of documentary accounting. Works on upgrade of a corporate system are key factors for development and business process optimization at the CHAO enterprise "Rosava".

After completion of works on updating of a corporate system at the CHAO enterprise "Rosava" specialists of Information technologies corporation will pass directly to optimization of the following business processes:

• Accounting of material flows of production;
• Calculation of actual cost of products;
• Integration into the PCS.
• Within the agreement between the companies implementation of add-on modules of a corporate system is also provided IT Enterprise, in particular:
• Quality management (accounting of parameters of quality at incoming inspection of materials and in production, control diagrams);
• Management of maintenance and repair of ADP equipment;
• Records management.

The Information technologies corporation within the ERP system implementation project IT at Enterprise the CHAO enterprise "Rosava" developed Technologist specialized by a CAD for tire production. A CAD allowed to calculate standards of the material consumption, semi-finished products, parts, compoundings of rubber mixes, glues, emulsions, lubricant and other rated raw materials for different repartitions that provided reliability of regulations and also storage of individual calculations for each lot of products. The central factory laboratory and technical department of JSC Rosava work with a CAD Technologist. Standards are used for the solution of different production tasks and problems of calculation of cost value.
