On August 14, 2019 it became known that it became simpler to get approval of a mortgage loan to clients "Rosbank the House", PJSC Rosbank branch. The universal ABBYY FlexiCapture platform thanks to which the bank transformed processing of client documents allows to accelerate the procedure. Implementation of technology already allowed to increase data processing rate by 20%.

The solution of ABBYY is used in bank in the divisions which are responsible for processing and underwriting. Clients of bank can submit the application for the credit not only in department, but also far off. For this purpose it is necessary to load scans or photos of documents in a personal account of the client. The rest is undertaken by the ABBYY FlexiCapture system. It allows to take automatically from the scan or the photo passport details of the borrower: series, number and date of issue and also client's Full Name. The employee of the bank needs only to check after that correctness of filling of fields in a customer relationship management system where the recognized data arrive.

He also specifies that thanks to an intelligent solution of ABBYY it was succeeded to reduce considerably labor costs and to accelerate processing of documents. According to Igor Dmitriyev, further the list of documents for the automated processing is going to be expanded, having included in the last 2-PIT statements and applications questionnaires[1].
