On September 24, 2019 the company "Rosital" reported that it automated end-to-end business process sales residential real estate century BPMS (Business Process Management System) ELMA.

According to the company, in ELMA end-to-end business sales process of the residential real estate — from the first contact with the client before receiving keys and an after-sale service is standardized and automated.

Part of the implemented functionality of a system:

  • omnichannel service;
  • dynamic payment schedules and control of PDS;
  • automation of process of approval of the transaction;
  • accounting of objects of sales;
  • funnel of sales;
  • integration with Comagic and Power BI;
  • start of marketing actions by 1 button.

As a result of implementation of Rosital Group increased performance of sales managers. Each manager for September, 2019 conducts up to 400 clients. Due to efficiency analysis of channels of customer acquisition in ELMA costs of the company for advertizing were reduced by 30%. Losses of leads stopped. There was an opportunity to control key performance indicators of sales.
