Business Logic developed a management system for document storage of JSC Rosselkhozbank

On October 31, 2017 the Business Logic company announced system implementation of management of document storage on paper carriers and electronic images of documents in Rosselkhozbank. A system is developed based on the solution "Logic of EA".

Starting this project, the bank set as the purpose cost reduction of the divisions involved in processes of documentary maintenance of client transactions, cost optimization on lease of space for storage of paper documents and also reduction of risk of loss of documents. As daily a huge number of documents from legal entities and physical persons comes to bank, economy on costs of work with documents was expected very considerable. But the main thing even not in cost reduction, and in increase in speed and accuracy of processing of mass flows of documents, their reliable storage in archive and fast stay if necessary. It is one of the most important factors of competitiveness of bank as on speed and the accuracy of work with documents (especially for "credit factory") profitability of banking business directly depends.

The solution "Logic of EA" used in the project is intended for the organization of reliable storage and convenient use of electronic documents according to internal regulations of the companies and also requirements of the legislation for archive storage.

The solution automates all lifecycle of the electronic document — from its registration and examination at receipt before destruction after end of storage life.

A system is implemented based on the IBM FileNet platform and allows to create the centralized storage of documents in electronic form. A system automates all complex of the business processes of bank connected with delivery of documents in points of the centralized storage, their registration, ordered placement for storage of the paper documents which are subject to operational storage and also search, creation of electronic images and providing originals of these documents in requests of divisions of bank. Separate service of a system — providing electronic documents at the request of adjacent (external in relation to archive) banking systems.

A system consists of three subsystems: management of paper storage, electronic archive and subsystem of integration. The electronic archive is integrated with other applications of bank, in particular, with the system of stream input and document storage developed by Business Logic in 2015 based on solutions IBM FileNet and ABBYY FlexiCapture.

The electronic archive provides transparency of documentary and archive funds of bank due to use of instruments of classification and systematization of electronic resources and also formation of analytical and reporting materials.

The system of electronic archive is intended for work of 10,000 users at simultaneous operation up to 5,000 users. System performance — input and processing up to 4 million pages a month.

2015

The solution "Logic of EA" and the electronic archive created with its help uses Rosselkhozbank at the head office and 78 regional branches. Using a system employees of the bank process and manage the flow of client documents making 4 million pages a month.
