Purchase of licenses and technical support services of Oracle for 61.4 million rubles

August 29, 2016 The central tender committee of Rosselkhozbank summed up the auction results on the right of delivery of licenses and technical support services of the Oracle Purchase No. 31603950666[1].

Within purchase the customer was going to receive software and services of maintenance for Oracle Customer Hub Add-on B2B for Siebel CRM, Oracle Enterprise Data Quality Standardization and Match and Oracle Enterprise Data Quality Profile and Audit. The starting price of the agreement was 62 million rubles.

Applications from the companies "Croc" and "USP Compulink" were submitted for an auction. By its results the bottom price was offered by Compulink, this company and was announced by the winner. The total price was 61.4 million rubles.

Purchase of licenses and technical support services of Oracle for $431 thousand.

In May, 2016 Rosselkhozbank summed up the results of open auction on right to contract on providing right to use of the software of Oracle Siebel CRM and receiving technical support of this software. The starting price of the contract was $437.8 thousand.[2]

The following modules were required for the customer:

  • Siebel SmartScript
  • Siebel Dialogue Manager, Siebel Segment Manager (is a part of Campaign Management)
  • Siebel CTI
  • Siebel Email Marketing Server (it is licensed on Computer)
  • Siebel Scheduling
  • Siebel Field Service
  • Siebel Email Response
  • Siebel Lead Management

On an auction requests from the companies "Croc" and "I-Teco" arrived. The first suggested to execute the contract for $431 thousand, the second for $433 thousand. As a result the winner announced Croc company.

2015: Technical support of Oracle for 164.84 million rubles

At the end of May, 2015 Rosselkhozbank summed up the results of a public electronic auction for providing technical support of the software of Oracle[3]. According to the results of negotiations with the only thing by the participant allowed to an auction – Borlas company, the starting price of the contract which was 165.67 million rubles was reduced by 0.5% to 164.84 million rubles.

Let's remind that within purchase the technical support of different software of Oracle was required for Rosselkhozbank, among them: Oracle Database Siebel Tools, Siebel Server Extensions for UNIX, Siebel Financial Accounts, Siebel Financial Services Proposals and Presentation, Siebel Reports, Siebel Marketing Server, Siebel Email Marketing Server Siebel CRM Base, Business Intelligence Publisher and others.

According to purchase conditions the supplier was obliged to have the confirmed status it is not lower than the Platinum level in Oracle Partner Network. The right to technical support of software of Oracle specified in this specification should be provided in three stages:

  • stage No. 1 is the right to technical support during a time frame: from signature date by the parties of the delivery and acceptance certificate of the right till 2/29/2016 (inclusive);
  • stage No. 2 is the right to technical support during a time frame: from 3/1/2016 till 2/28/2017 (inclusive);
  • stage No. 3 is the right to technical support during a time frame: from 3/1/2017 till 2/28/2018 (inclusive).
