In the fall of 2015 Rostelecom equips the new office at which it is going to place the headquarters. Rostelecom told TAdviser that the administrative and management personnel of MRF Moscow and MRF the Center and also the subsidiary and dependent companies which are in Moscow will move to it.

The office is located in business center Comcity (Telecom City was called earlier) in the item. Moscow on the 22nd kilometer of Kiyevskoye Highway. According to representatives of Rostelecom, moving is planned at the end of 2015, after completion of finishing works.

The general contractor on creation of office at the end of 2014 selected RD Construction company (RD Konstrakshn Management)^[1]. The cost of works - 1.844 billion rubles.

In September Rostelecom announced a furniture tender for the procurement for office (for 373 million rubles) and published the document "Visualization of the Project" with render from whom it is possible to understand how placements of the new headquarters^[2] will look].

The floor area which in Comcity are rented by Rostelecom is 48.3 thousand sq.m.

The office of Rostelecom will be placed on five floors and also will occupy 2 floors of basements and the technical floor.

Staff of Rostelecom will work in an open-space, it is supposed to select 10 sq.m. for each workplace.

In 2012 the Kommersant newspaper wrote that Rostelecom was going to occupy 90 thousand sq.m. in Comcity.

Options of a standard office on the standard floor

Judging by quantity of the chairs which are purchased for new office, in Comcity it is going to place more than 4000 employees of the operator.

For each chair of the employee Rostelecom is ready to pay 17.7 thousand rubles, for a chair of the head - 41 thousand rubles, for a chair in a waiting zone - 49.7 thousand rubles.

Directors of departments will receive separate offices of 9-12 sq.m. in the order.

Office of the top management

As it appears from terms of reference on the general contract on creation of the new headquarters of Rostelecom, in it two vice presidents - heads of macroregional branches (MRF) "Centre" and "Moskva" will work. The area of their offices should be 30-35 sq.m.

Negotiation for the top management

For "VIP-heads" MRF "Moscow" is going to create 15 offices of 20 sq.m. Employees of the similar status from MRF "Center" will have to go in in 9 similar offices.

In the new headquarters of Rostelecom there will be a cafe expected 50 seats, the dining room - on 350-400 and VIP-restaurant - on 20 places.

Rostelecom told TAdviser that the objects released by their company in Moscow, free from technologies, will be on sale on a competitive basis after moving.
