Rurik Management completes implementation of an end-to-end system of automation

Implementation of a corporate information system in Rurik Management company is complete. The basis of a technology platform was formed by the software products "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" and the module "1C: Lease and real estate administration", the press service of SoftBalance integrator reported on September 4, 2013.

Project Background

Natalia Chikulayeva, the head of Rurik Management finance division, told: "In the fall of 2011 the management of our company set for us the task to improve efficiency of activity of the company. In particular, to raise financial control behind activity of the company, to accelerate collecting of receivables, to increase the speed of reaction to needs of our clients, to optimize process of delivery of the management reporting. Having analyzed methods of the solution of this task, we came to a conclusion that a lot of things can be solved using automation of routine transactions. Automation of operational activity would allow to increase reaction speed as by requests of the guide to the reporting, and requests of our clients. Our company kept account using software products 1C on platform 7.7, but there was no wish to build a corporate system on 7.7 or using foreign software since development would cost very much. Then we went a line of least resistance, we rang round hosts of 1C: Franchisee in St. Petersburg and invited them to ourselves to an interview. Stopped our choice on SoftBalance Group - they offered us the module "1C: Lease and real estate administration" which satisfied our needs for automation of operational accounting, already in basic functionality".

Project Results

Specialists of SoftBalance Group in three months implemented a corporate system in which the basic functionality "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" and " is used by 1C: Lease and real estate administration".
