Before the start of work on the automation of warehouse logistics using the digital eco-system TopLog WMS, Toplog experts conducted an audit of the warehouse, identified points of growth, optimization and refinement. Prepared "Technical Project" and "Schedule" with a description of all stages of the system implementation.

The system controls each stage of work with the product. The forecasting methods embedded in the TopLog WMS algorithms allow you to automatically schedule and issue tasks to employees. The warehouse manager has access to reports on the work of the division, with the help of which he can assess the volume of balances and the production of personnel in general or for each employee in particular. In the system, you can generate reports on balances, order status, locks, warehouse capacity and on the development of employees provided to the warehouse on outsource conditions.

At the Rusagro warehouse, Toplog specialists set up data exchange between KIS 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management and TopLog WMS, performed integration with automobile scales and scales in the receiving and shipping areas.

The second warehouse complex, where the TopLog WMS logistics management system was deployed, was a division in Yekaterinburg. In the future, the customer plans to automate other warehouses and replicate the system developed by the Russian IT company Toplog to manage the logistics of any warehouses.
