On July 28, 2016 CORUS Consulting Group announced the beginning of the project on implementation of the CRM system on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 platform in RUSKON company.
Project Tasks
The structure of services of the logistic operator, need to control contractors and to be in touch with the customer, require to use the tool supporting operational transparent interaction with all participants of transportations. The functionality, flexibility and practice of use of the platform in transport companies defined the choice of the solution for benefit of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016.

Project Progress
Within the project in Ruskon it is necessary to implement blocks of sales and marketing. The module of sales will help to register the appeared leads, considering sources of their emergence, to qualify and carry out on all stages potential projects on the organization of transportations. A system will give the chance to save and monitor customer interaction and partners, to control the movement of the transaction on a funnel of sales, to organize collaboration in approval of agreements.
For marketing department of the logistic operator in the CRM system it is required to configure reports on researches and estimates of customer satisfaction, to create regular notifications on the term of their carrying out. It will help to raise a customer loyalty at the expense of the personalized interaction based on data after the analysis of a feedback.
It is necessary to integrate CRM with the Control of the Container Terminal system, unique own Ruskon platform, it supports control of extra port terminals of the company. Integration of two systems will help to collect the reporting and information on accomplishment of KPI by the staff of marketing departments and sales within all process of work with the client: from its attraction to the organization of transportations and rendering additional services.

Project Results
On November 30, 2016 the press service of CORUS Consulting Group announced project completion on implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM for process management of sale and marketing in Ruskon company.
Within the project blocks of sales and marketing are automated. The block for support of sales of transport services includes tools for work with potential and current customers regarding accounting and control of shipping requests. The reporting for control of reconciliation of planned and actual targets of work with clients is organized. In the course of implementation integration into the information management system by the container terminal on 1C: Enterprise platform 8.3 is carried out. It helped to accumulate information connected with customer acquisition, agreements, sales and the organization of transportations.
Tools for holding polls of customer satisfaction were a part of the block for marketing department functionality on work with marketing selections. The data obtained using polls will help the logistic operator of a message more exact personalized customer interaction, increasing the level of their loyalty.
A new system allowed us to structure process of preseylovy work with our current and potential clients, to accelerate receiving and processing of shipping requests. As a result we improved interaction between departments when rendering complex services and had an opportunity to create the operational sales forecast for company management. |
