The main objectives which faced FTO:
- Expansion of functionality of the solution,
- Quality improvement of support of 1C and cost optimization of the Client.
It was succeeded to solve them in a short time and in several months, after completion of works, having convinced of quality and reliability of our service, the Heinz company transferred to support in FTO two more 1C - systems – Gibraltar (the system of inventory accounting of WMS) and OBP (business and tax accounting).
The FTO renders for Heinz complete service of support under the SLA contract: from consultations of users before ensuring smooth operation and development of functionality of systems.
Together with support of Heinz trusts us project implementation:
- 2012 – The FTO participates in the project of consolidation of production assets in one legal entity. In 7 months merge of 7 legal entities was made, including the basic accounting business processes are unified.
- 2016 – together with IT service of Heinz company the project of translation of the HRIS system on the third edition 1C: Payroll and HR Management is executed.
