ELAR completed the works on expansion of functionality of a system of electronic archive Russian Federal Property Fund

On August 22, 2018 ELAR corporation announced completion of work on expansion of functionality of the system of electronic archive (SEA) of the Russian Federal Property Fund (RFPF) within which more than 40,000 finance documents were digitized and loaded and also the electronic archive of personnel documentation is created.

SEA Russian Federal Property Fund, work on which was begun in 2010, ensures the guaranteed safety and authenticity of the documents placed in it. Online authorized access to the scan images and information on requests, expert evaluations, reports, financial documentation, and since 2018 and to personnel documentation is provided for the staff of the Russian Federal Property Fund. Use of a system increases employee performance of functional divisions of Fund due to operational providing access to a large number of documents. For August, 2018 the moment is stored in SEA more than 1 million documents. Electronic copies of documents of a certain division are posted in appropriate sections of a system of the electronic archive having the single interface for convenient search and fast formation of selections.
