2020: Creation of a complex of intellectual robotization and business process automation

The Russian Post reported on February 19, 2020 that together with Automation Anywhere company started creation of a complex of intellectual robotization and business process automation.

RPA (Robotic Process Automation) is a technology for business process automation. As a result of application of RPA the computer programs robots imitating actions of the person in the different systems and applications are created. RPA is capable to robotize any work for which it is possible to create an algorithm. Implementation of the similar tool answers the key purpose of strategy of JSC Russian Post directed to digital transformation of business and systematic digitalization of workflows.

The agreement on carrying out this work was signed by the deputy CEO for information technologies and development of digital services of Russian Post Sergey Emelchenkov and the chief executive of Noveyshiye Tsifrovye Tekhnologii LLC Ravi Sachdev.

Inforobota help to exempt personnel from need of participation in routine transactions and give the chance to employees to concentrate on the solution of difficult tasks. Project implementation in Russian Post will allow to increase labor productivity of employees due to reduction of number of manual transactions. One of the main objectives of the innovation program is growth of customer service quality and increase in efficiency of internal processes.
