The Concept Grew company created a single system for sanatoria of Russian Railway on the platform of a product 1C: Integrated Automation 8.
Background
The efficiency of receiving management information on all objects is important for management of geographically distributed filial structure. For this reason at the time of formation of JSC Russian Railways subsidiary company there was a question of the choice of the automated system allowing to organize management and accounting of each of objects of the company and head office in uniform base.
Objectives
The following tasks were set for specialists of a project team:
- automation of accounting, tax and financial accounting and also payroll in all sanatoria and the head company;
- consolidation of separate financial information on all objects;
- possibility of obtaining the operational and objective information about a status of each object of the company according to management requests;
- consolidation of data on each sanatorium for obtaining the uniform reporting and the "instant" picture of a status of the company in general.
Based on the carried-out analysis during which solutions of the leading Russian manufacturers and developers were considered the customer selected the solution based on the 1C: Integrated Automation 8 software product of The Concept Grew company.
Opinion
"Automation of a financial system of the company is the first stage of the project. Implementation
Within the project specialists of The Concept Grew company make inspection and business process modeling, engineering design, adaptation and setup of a system, the uniform method of calculation of cost value is developed, user training, trial operation of an information system, start in commercial operation is made.

Result
The project lasted half a year, the total quantity of users of a system made 190 employees.
Project implementation allowed to accelerate process of receiving financial and management information from all objects for 20%, several times to reduce labor costs by execution of operations of payroll, it is essential to lower time of formation of the consolidated statements and also just in time to perform closing of month on all sanatoria.
