On March 25, 2014 The First BIT company in Chelyabinsk announced automation of plant of public catering of Russian Railway branch of JSC, as a part of 9 geographically distributed dining rooms and accounting service.
Project Results
By means of the program "BIT. APPETITE. Restaurant" the convenient working environment is created:
- key operations on conducting industry accounting are automated,
- drawing up plan menu,
- compoundings,
- acts cutting,
- calculation of dishes,
- write-off and product sales,
- calculation of caloric content.
Accounting processes are optimized, the effective control system of purchases and sales is created, personnel labor costs are reduced. The efficiency of activity of all divisions increased.
Using a product "BIT. APPETITE. Restaurant" the enterprises of plant are automated. Data of all outlets of the enterprise are consolidated in uniform base. Production, warehouse, accounting and tax accounting of all plant is kept in one program.
