MegaFon provided Russian Railways with the Intelligent Call Processing solution, which allows artificial intelligence to transfer part of its recruitment tasks. The digital recruiter conducts initial communication with potential employees and is able to free HR specialists from routine tasks. Megafon announced this on August 11, 2023.
MegaFon's service is integrated with RZD personnel selection management platform. Selection, which contains information on open vacancies. The system collects responses to them or searches for candidates by resume. MegaFon's voice robot automatically receives the candidate's data from RZD. Selection and makes an initial call with a proposal to consider the vacancy. He talks about job duties, work schedules and other important conditions.
If the candidate confirms that the vacancy is interesting to him and the conditions are suitable, MegaFon's voice robot transfers the call to a Russian Railways employee who sets the date and time of the face-to-face interview. After the call, the robot automatically saves the decision of the candidate in RZD. Selection - HR specialists of the company at any time can clarify the information for each candidate, as well as analyze the expectations of applicants in general.
A voice robot created on the basis of artificial intelligence begins communication according to pre-developed scenarios, but adjusts and learns during the dialogue. He always addresses a candidate by name - and about 90% of interlocutors do not distinguish a robot from a person in the process of dialogue. In addition, the voice assistant automatically determines in which region the job candidate lives, compares information with the time zone and independently selects the most suitable time for calling.
Russian Railways is one of the largest employers in the country.
