The Kama branch of the Russian River Register implemented electronic archive "Etla"

March 23, 2015. The Atlas Soft company reported^[1] about system implementation of electronic archive "Etla" in the Kama branch of the Russian River Register.

Choosing a Solution

During optimization of work of different divisions of the Kama branch the management made the decision on creation of electronic archive of design documentation. As requirements the customer designated: joint development of the project documentation for reclassification and updating of courts by Rules RRR; joint development of the project documentation of re-equipment of courts; joint project development of new courts with a class of the Russian River Register; development of the project documentation of upgrade of courts and their elements (re-planning of internal premises, replacement regular and installation of the additional hardware, replacement of the power and auxiliary unit, radio and navigation equipment); recovery of operational documents of courts; storage scan images of projects; and other.

Existence of a full support of documents of different formats, including documents of automated design engineering systems and drawing AutoCAD and Compass was one of requirements to electronic archive.

After inspection of the market of electronic archives the management of the Kama branch made the decision to construct archive on the Etla platform which distinctive feature is simplicity of setup and implementation of archive by own forces of the customer specified in Atlas Soft.

Project Progress

During the project of creation of electronic archive of design documentation the decision on expansion of its use was made. At the moment the department of accounting which structured got to work in a system and created the sector of archive. On a response of the customer, increase both to reliability of storage of projects, and acceleration of their joint development and also building of transparent structure of storage of accounting documentation became result of implementation of archive.
