"The Russian meat products" implements the system of consolidation of the reporting

On February 27, 2014 the 1C-Rarus company announced implementation in Russian Meat Products holding of a system for consolidation of the reporting - the 1C: Consolidation PROF software product.

Project Tasks

The guide of the customer aimed to obtain quickly data for acceptance of management decisions in scales of all holding. For this purpose decided to consolidate financial statements using a system for automation of financial management of corporations and holdings "1C: Consolidation PROF". The management was attracted by possibilities of the software product:

• the centralized processing and data storage in uniform base,
• conducting management accounting,
• consolidation of the reporting under key performance indicators.

Flexible configuration of the program, high scalability, possibility of quick start of a system had a considerable impact.

Project Progress

Specialists of the Novosibirsk branch "1C-Rarus" automated:

• financial analysis,
• management accounting
• cost accounting by method of ABC,
• monitoring and analysis of key indicators of activity of the enterprise,
• consolidation of data.

Project Results

As a result of project implementation the universal system of formation of financial statements is received:

• terms and labor input of formation of the consolidated statements and also risks of the errors caused by a human factor are significantly reduced.
• the modern tool for an operational reporting preparation and support of acceptance of management decisions in scales of all holding is received.
