On December 10, 2025, a cooperation agreement was signed in Ryazan between the city administration and the Red Soft IT company. The document enshrines the intention of the parties to jointly implement a set of solutions for the digital transformation of the administration of the city of Ryazan.

The key result of the collaboration will be the pilot project "Seamless migration from Microsoft to Linux of the municipal IT infrastructure." Its goal is to test a software and hardware solution that allows you to transfer workstations and servers of municipal bodies to domestic products without stopping the work of services.

The software part of the pilot includes the RED OS operating system for servers and workplaces, as well as the system of centralized management of the IT infrastructure of RED ADM. The hardware will be provided by domestic servers certified for critical information infrastructure facilities.

The first phase of the pilot project is scheduled for the 4th quarter of 2025. Using the example of a project in Ryazan, RED SOFT sets the task of forming a universal domestic software and hardware complex that can be scaled to other municipal ones. formations Russia

On the part of the city administration, the project will be supervised by the Department of Information Policy and Social Communications.
