In "SAN", innovative company on production of large-format printers and solvent ink, the last stage of an implementation project of a system based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM is completed. The project is implemented by Utilex company.
Achievement of synergy effect due to integration of a customer relationship management system with all information environment of the company was the main objective of the CRM project. As instruments of integration specialized modules were used to CRM.
As a result of the last stage of the project the full integration of the CRM system with the accounting system of customer organization with a possibility of simultaneous operation with all legal entities was implemented. Information systems interact at the level of reference books of nomenclatures, partners and contacts and also the single system of requests for a warehouse, implementations and stock balance by legal entities is developed.
For integration with schedule system of the cash budget, in the CRM system the mechanism of the forecast of financial receipts with breakdown for the periods is implemented. Besides, the CRM system is combined with contact center.
As a result of implementation of the CRM system the common information space integrating work with all current and potential clients is organized. In a system heads of sales departments and managers, logisticians, the head of the service center, coordinators and engineers, accountant officers, in total more than 40 users work.
