SAP BusinessObjects Process Control

The Asteros Consulting company (enters into the Asteros group) implemented the automated control system internal kontrolyam in MegaFon. The solution based on SAP Business Objects Process Control will allow to lower costs for risk management and to reduce labor costs by internal control.

A system internal kontroly plays a large role in risk management of business in MegaFon company. She creates a picture of that, how successfully the organization works in terms of its strategic objectives, and allows to adjust a course of development in time. Until recently accounting and monitoring of control procedures and also maintenance of a system in current status in the company it was conducted in office applications. It required big labor costs. To lower costs for management of internal control, it was decided to automate a system based on SAP Business Objects Process Control. The Asteros Consulting company became the contractor of the project.

Projecting a system, the implementation team as much as possible used standard functionality of the SAP solution to reduce the number of the subsequent completions. Consultants created the uniform application for all company, and it does not need to be adapted for each branch. It helped to avoid additional costs on implementation. Moreover, according to experts MegaFon, the solution will allow to reduce considerably time for integration of the new companies into a corporate system of internal control.

In the application mechanisms of data input check by users were configured and responsibility for each process is personalized. All this allowed to increase quality of data of a system considerably.

Today a system is unrolled at the main office in Moscow and in Northwest branch in St. Petersburg. Thanks to knowledge gained during the project, specialists MegaFon will be able independently to replicate the solution on other divisions of the company. In further development plans for a system – automation of monitoring of control procedures, development of reporting system, automation of internal audit functions.
