Mega-F completed deployment of SAP ERP

In Mega-F group the implementation project of the SAP Business All-In-One system is complete. The project is executed by specialists of Softline Solutions. The developer and the supplier of telecommunication equipment Mega-F replaced self-written ERP with SAP Business All-in-One for 4 million rubles.

Before competitors which were got by the company from implementation of an information system treat main advantages: effective use of resources, the optimized costs, advanced opportunities of customer service, the integrated solution covering the deficit of functionality of earlier used systems, information support of decision making process, the optimized inventory management, an exception of the duplicated transactions.

System implementation of SAP allowed the company to set control over financial and material flows, to provide efficiency of delivery and reliability of management information, its independence of subjectivity of contractors that caused quality improvement of the made decisions and growth of efficiency of the main business processes.

Further the company management plans a vnedereniye of the analytical SAP BusinessObjects platform – the system of a business intelligence for the expanded analysis and data view in the most evident type and also trackings of information on a business status in real time.

According to the official site of SAP CIS, the implementation cost of SAP Business All-in-One in the trade industry on 70 licenses (in Mega-F 200 purchased) will cost 478.2 thousand euros from which 258.8 thousand will fall on licenses, 205.4 thousand euros – on consulting and 14 thousand euros – on the server hardware.

2013: Project Development

On October 28, 2013 the Softline Solutions company announced development of an implementation project of SAP Business All-in-One.

Project Progress

To the middle of 2013 are implemented:

• production module of SAP
• analytical SAP BusinessObjects system
• the portal for clients of the company on the SAP platform
• business of the Megasot company which is a part of Mega-F holding is automated.

2014: Project Results

On January 27, 2014 the Softline company announced project completion of automation of production processes on the SAP ERP platform in Mega-F Group.

The project is implemented within five months.

Are automated:

• purchases,
• inventory management,
• production,
• controlling.

The project included several stages:

• design;
• implementation (including setup of a system and development of additional functionality);
• test operation;
• productive start and support.

In a work progress by specialists of Softline all planning process of production is automated, beginning from enlarged (for a year) and finishing detailed (on the coming month with breakdown on days). Employees Mega-F Service can manage production, estimate material availability and capacities, to control execution of orders, to quickly obtain data on actual cost of products.

Specialists of Softline developed in the system of SAP additional functionality for automatic formation of batches with characteristics of finished goods, scanning of serial numbers of products, printings of stickers with a barcode.
