SDM-Bank automated financial monitoring of clients using Neoflex

On June 3, 2019 the Neoflex company reported that together with SDM-bank completed the joint project on creation of the IT system intended for carrying out financial monitoring of clients of bank (legal entities and SP) and also automation of process of opening of accounts. A system is created based on SuiteCRM.

The management of bank aims at use of modern IT for ensuring high transparency of activity of bank.

The project passed in several stages. Experts of Neoflex together with representatives of SDM-bank created the concept of future system and developed detailed technical specifications on solution development. Implementation process also took place step by step: first of all was the procedure of opening of accounts and the procedure of check of clients when opening the account is automated. Then the functionality was developed for carrying out financial monitoring of transactions of clients.

The web system interface and automation of key business processes were implemented on the SuiteCRM platform, and an integration part of the project — using ETL means of Talend ETL.

Thanks to start of a system of automatic monitoring SDM-Bank had an opportunity to significantly reduce labor input of the analysis of activity of clients and to strengthen control over financial transactions according to requirements 115-FZ. We considerably reduced risks of opening of accounts to clients who did not undergo necessary control. Besides, conducting verification of information on the clients making transactions, doubtful or obligatory to control, in the automatic mode allows to transfer quickly information to execution to final IT systems. In a project deliverable which implementation took about one and a half years in an IT landscape of bank other system appeared absolutely. It allows to resolve in a complex issues of automation and control of obligatory checks of clients for fulfillment of requirements of POD/FT. Besides, to support in current status electronic files of clients according to requirements of the KYC procedure, to provide their financial monitoring and to quickly hold meetings of expert advice in an electronic format.
