2023: Implementation of AW BI cloud version for SFT Group

SFT Group (SFT Packaging Gofrodivision) is a vertically integrated holding that specializes in the production of packaging and corrugated cardboard, waste paper and corrugated packaging. The company has 8 enterprises in 7 regions of the European territory of Russia and belongs to the category of medium-sized businesses. As the company grew, it became necessary to provide reliable production analytics in the context of each branch for prompt management decisions and optimization of budget planning.

The customer has started to choose a Russian BI-system that could close the pressing issues of analytics and at the same time would not require a long and expensive implementation. The choice fell on the BI system AW BI.

The main objective of AW BI was the consolidation of reports on 4 branches of the company from various regions of Russia, including financial and production analytics, as well as sales analytics. An additional requirement was to create a mobile version of the dashboard.

The project was implemented in, cloud Yandex Cloud the data source was base 1C Excel also -files. At the exit, the customer needed a convenient form of consolidation of reporting by branches and a mobile version for management. The end user of the created analytical panels (dashboards) is the employees and management of the company.

Within the framework of the project, about 10 information panels were implemented, including analytics of the company's financial and production indicators for 4 branches in various regions of Russia. Introduction cloudy AW BI Business Intelligence completed in 1 month.
