SGAP Saratov state legal academy (Roll)

The Saratov state legal academy started system implementation Roll in 2012. The managements of academy stopped the choice on the Roll system and on Istsoft company as, a system most satisfied requirements of university by the opportunities and functional characteristics, and was also ideal upon the demand of the legislation for an industry information system in the field of education, and considerably simplified work of users.

Implementation of the module "Receiving Campaign" became the first stage that allowed to spend set of students in 2012 already using a system. The main project on management of educational and scientific activity of university vtupit in complete labor power 2013, i.e. all subsystems were implemented:

• subsystem of "entrant"
• podsitema "student"
• podsitema "educational and methodical activity"

From the first stage of implementation specialists of the contractor of Istsoft company configured and adjusted the program for desire of the customer. For the last year in connection with change of Regulations of Admission in universities of winners and prize-winners of the Olympic Games the functionality of support of new Regulations of Admission was implemented. Printing of a form of orders on students, report generation was configured, new opportunities for work on formation and content of disciplines by drawing up curricula are added. Also the functionality allowing to prepare printed form of the diploma and annexes to diplomas on forms of the state sample, the reference of different type, formation of test and examination sheets was implemented. The military and accounting table of academy performing functions on the organization of military accounting of students and graduate students is automated.

At the final stage it is planned development of the automation system – creation of the common information space based on the Roll system covering all industry tasks relating to educational process and their integration by activity of educational institution.

The receiving campaign of 2011 was completely waged using the Roll system. It will allow to use further information (entered in selection committee) on each entrant in educational process – accounting of progress, attendance, personnel records and. etc.
