SMU-4 (Lexema-ECM)

2017: Lexema-ECM implementation

In March, 2017 the agreement on product introduction of Lexema-ECM in 40 workplaces of SMU-4 LLC was signed. In April, 2017 9 more jobs were added to a system. In total in a single system 49 users work.

The standard configuration Lexema- ECM containing the following list of document types for inclusion in is implemented EDMS:

• Instructions

New types of cards are requests for service, requests for payment or purchasing requests of inventory items – for inclusion in an electronic document management system are easily configured depending on needs of the client. Lexema-ECM allows to configure the additional details necessary for the customer's purposes.

Possibilities of Lexema-ECM:

• allows to include in document flow any document types
• attaches to a document card one or several investments – files of any format
• the panel of document flow Dashboard allows the initiator to keep track quickly of the status of approval of documents and displays documents which need to be approved
• supports holding structure and provides online-document flow between all enterprises of holding
• has the flexible system of formation of routes of approval: consecutive, parallel, free routes, routes with conditions

• contains function of document retrieval on different attributes using full-text search and sorting according to any criteria

• turns on the module on differentiation of access rights which ensures information security of a system
• supports function of substitution and delegation of the rights
• includes the system of notifications of initiators and participants of approval by e-mail at change of the status of the document
• provides a control system of execution of documents, including interactive charts
