Automation of accounting in "SMU-9 of Metrostroy" came to the end with implementation of the software solution

The project of automation of SMU-9 of Metrostroy company was executed and completed by 1C-Rarus company. At the heart of the software solution - "1C: Contractor of construction. Management of finance".

Task

The structure of the company includes the production divisions which are releasing products both for own construction, and for implementation to third-party customers. Production works with the help of the specialized machine equipment. Among the made parts – frameworks, flanges, profiles, self-tapping screws. All of them are unique as are created under specific needs of this or that object. Production volume is about 8 thousand products a quarter. Due to the needs for construction of facilities there is monthly correction of the released product assortment. The company needs to carry out cost accounting of these products which share in the total amount of parts for construction makes about 50%. The information system for fast and exact cost accounting of products was required.

The management of "SMU-9 of Metrostroy" makes the decision - to create an information system in the environment of "1C:Enterprise 8".

Chiefs of sections obtain exact data on income and expenses, calculate profit on each construction object. Heads at any time can trace and correct work on an object taking into account its profitability. The economical service obtains exact data on profit from sales of the made products to the third-party companies.

• An opportunity to prepare the various reporting reflecting results of work of the enterprise is had.

A system helps to prepare the reporting under corporate standards of the head company and in time to provide it in Mosmetrostroy. Reports on debit (creditor) debt, an internal and external debt, calculation of cost of a remaining balance of work in progress and others form. Time for preparation of the reporting managed to be reduced by 30%.

• Salary accrual is facilitated.

Data exchange between "1C is configured: Contractor of construction. Management of finance" and "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" that facilitated conducting "item-by-item" salary accrual.
