The project of automation of SMU-9 of Metrostroy company was executed and completed by 1C-Rarus company. At the heart of the software solution - "1C: Contractor of construction. Management of finance".
Task
The structure of the company includes the production divisions which are releasing products both for own construction, and for implementation to third-party customers. Production works with the help of the specialized machine equipment. Among the made parts – frameworks, flanges, profiles, self-tapping screws. All of them are unique as are created under specific needs of this or that object. Production volume is about 8 thousand products a quarter. Due to the needs for construction of facilities there is monthly correction of the released product assortment. The company needs to carry out cost accounting of these products which share in the total amount of parts for construction makes about 50%. The information system for fast and exact cost accounting of products was required.
