SO UES for 342 million rubles purchased licenses of Microsoft till 2019

"System Operator of the Unified Energy System" (SO UES) announced on July 6, 2016 completion of open auction on acquisition of the licenses Microsoft Purchase No. 31603731593^[1].

The winner - the Softline company - will have to for 341.9 million rubles to provide SO UES with rights to use of programs within three years from January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2019. Separately in documentation it is stated that the customer can use solutions of Microsoft in the territory of the whole world.

The transaction includes 6 thousand licenses Professional Desktop (includes office Microsoft Office programs, updates of the Microsoft Windows operating system, a packet of licenses of client access of Microsoft Core CAL), more than 4 thousand licenses for right of access to the Microsoft SQL server (1.6 thousand user licenses and 2.4 thousand licenses for devices).

Besides, the winner of an auction undertakes to deliver in different quantity of the right to Windows Server OS and also solutions Exchange Server SharePoint Visio Visual Studio, [[Microsoft SQL Server|]] and others. Total number of licenses exceeds 12 thousand, the starting price of the contract is 345 million rubles.

SO UES will pay 342 million rubles for use of solutions of Microsoft in 2017-2019

The auction of SO UES is one of the largest in 2016 purchase of licenses of Microsoft among state companies. Larger acquisition of software products of the American software giant is carried out by Rosseti (purchase more than for 2 billion rubles.). Purchase, similar at cost, at the beginning of a year was announced by Rosneft (purchase of licenses of Microsoft for 344 million rubles).

In last years among state institutions and companies with state participation there were many large purchases of products of Microsoft. So in 2015 the most expensive tenders were announced by VTB Bank (the starting price of the contract - 1.537 billion rubles, the price according to the results of an auction - 1.142 billion rubles), Transneft (the starting price of the contract - 1.423 billion rubles, the price according to the results of an auction - 1.401 billion rubles) and Rosselkhozbank (the starting price - 872 million rubles, the price according to the results of purchase - 859 million rubles).

In 2014 purchases of licenses of Microsoft were slightly more modest. The largest purchase of 2014 was the tender of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation with the starting price of 470 million rubles in which victory was won by LANIT-Integration company, having suggested to execute the contract for 456 million rubles.
