In the St. Petersburg Medical Academy for Post-Graduate Education (SPBMAPO) in registry of the consulting and diagnostic center and in endoscopic department the system module VS-Clinic based on Microsoft Dynamics AX is implemented: "Registrar of reception". The project is blurted out by Vitasoft company.
The module "Registrar of Reception" allows to record process of the "fast" patient of data, to create printed forms of medical documents in several receptions, to keep account of the fact of hospitalization of the patient on department (appointment of the attending physician, the diagnosis at receipt), to make accounting of all necessary information on the patient from the moment of primary address and to the statement, to carry out the personified accounting of treatment on patients.
Within the module the following processes are automated:
1. Maintaining schedule of work of specialists doctors, offices: registration of the schedule of work of specialists doctors, offices; replication of the schedule of work on the following the period; implementation of work in the multi-user mode; setup of access rights for users of a system; printing of the schedule of work for the period (by specialists doctors and offices).
2. Record of patients on acceptance: registration of requests of ambulatory and stationary patients for acceptance; selection of the diagram of visit of specialists, most convenient for patient; printing of the diagram of acceptance of patients.
3. Reporting: formation of statistic reports on planned and actual loading of specialists doctors and offices; formation of the statistic report about absences of patients.
In July, 2010 it is going to bring into commercial operation the module "Registrars of Reception" in other divisions of medical academy, including, in stomatology, in department of functional diagnostics; in x-ray department; in registry of ophthalmologic department of the medico-preventive center; to a vregistratura of clinic of the medico-preventive center; in the center of family medicine; in an office of therapeutic cosmetology; in registry of consulting and diagnostic department of mycologic clinic.
In a project deliverable queues in registry were considerably reduced. Timing of operating time of specialists of registry showed that writing rate of patients on acceptance increased up to 50%, preparation of all necessary documents and reports was reduced to several minutes, opportunities for job analysis of division extended. The staff of registry mastered a system in one week.
