Specialists of "1C:VDGB" complete implementation of the software product [[1C: Document Flow 8, automation of a full stroke of processing of white and internal papers, supports of electronic and paper document management in "Installation of the Engineering Systems of Buildings and Constructions" Non-profit partnership is finished.

Background

For the centralized safe document storage by the management of Branch standard 1C: Document Flow 8 software product as this configuration most effectively allows was selected:

• arrange work of employees with documents, exclude a possibility of loss of versions or intersection of fragments at simultaneous operation;
• reduce search time of the necessary information and total time of collective document handling;
• increase quality of ready material (projects, documentation and so forth) at the expense of the solution of a large number of matters of argument and ordering of work of users.
