Softline transferred corporate mail of STS Logistics company to a cloud

On December 7, 2017 the Softline company announced transfer to a cloud of corporate mail of logistic company STS Logistics.

Transition from the local server to Microsoft Exchange Online allowed to guarantee smooth operation and flexible management by a mail service, at the same time having reduced the cost of ownership of IT infrastructure for STS Logistics company.

For increase in convenience and quality of joint work of employees from different branches, ensuring protection against data loss and undesirable mail the management decided to migrate mail infrastructure of Exchange Server in a cloud. As the customer was going to use an application package of Office 365, transition to the solution Exchange Online which provides integration with other cloud services of Microsoft and gives ample opportunities on exchange of electronic correspondence and synchronization of different devices became a logical step.

Specialists of Softline offered and constructed the hybrid circuit of interaction of a cloud with local infrastructure of Exchange Server for transfer of corporate mail. Mass migration on a cloud service was made by packets on 30 – 40 boxes at different times to avoid idle times in work of the customer as offices of the company are located in different time zones.
