TEK SPb automated claim and claim work

On August 11, 2017 the Digital Design company announced one of business process automation stages at the expense of system implementation "Claim and Claim Work" (CCW) by request of the State unitary enterprise "Fuel and Energy Complex of St. Petersburg".

Project Results

All works with documents were performed in manual or in the mode automated half. IT solution optimized process of presentation and consideration of claims and claims, ensured smooth operation of this direction of legal support.

As a result of implementation of technology of automation costs of working time for legal cases decreased, legal costs were reduced. Employees need less time for collection of information and preparation of the consolidated statements. Execution of regulations of work in a system minimized losses of significant documents and financial risks.

During the project integration of PIR from the operating EDMS on the Docsvision platform and a 1C system is executed.

The software solution formed a technology basis for uniform methodology of conducting claim and claim activity of the enterprise.
