Axelot specialists implemented a combined group and cluster selection in the Sachs warehouse as part of one shipping process: the boxes are selected according to the group principle, and the piece goods are selected according to the cluster principle. The system sorts the selected items by order - the sort activity after collective selection and the consolidate activity after cluster selection.
The procedure for printing order forms and address labels is simplified - after the warehouse event, the CMS is contacted by reference, printed forms in PDF format, received from the CMS are sent for printing through printserver.
The function of converting information from suppliers for all receipts into one Expected Receipt has been implemented. Acceptance of goods is also carried out in a single document, the fact of acceptance is unloaded according to many original documents.
Axelot WMS X5 was integrated with the company's corporate information system. 6 stationary and 11 mobile workplaces are automated.
