2020: Transfer of a part of IT infrastructure in a cloud

On March 17, 2020 IT-GRAD (enters into Group of MTS) reported that the TOY.RU toy store uses a cloud for placement of the business and critical systems.

As TOY.RU actively grows and develops, there was a need for use of scalable IT infrastructure. It was succeeded to fulfill the requirements by transition to a cloud consumption pattern. For March, 2020 in a cloud of provider key services of the company are taken out. Despite active use of a cloud, separate elements of infrastructure TOY.RU still take place locally that speaks once again about demand of use of the hybrid approach. And to it there is an explanation: everything that works and develops quickly enough – is on stationary servers and that grows constantly – to take place in a cloud, it is easier to scale such infrastructure.

Our services are not only in IT-GRAD, but also on the party of other provider. Such approach will allow to switch quickly to the alternative platform if something will go not so. Besides, we can increase with ease capacities during a season and reduce out of a season, saving on infrastructure in general by a year. All services which are taken out in a cloud of IT-GRAD are quite critical and their unavailability can affect business of the company. Upon transition to a cloud questions which arose at the client quickly were solved by forces of a support service of provider. As note in TOY.RU, "everything occurred quickly and without serious consequences".

For the next five years at us there are a lot of plans and it will require additional resources.
