Integration of ACS by transfer pumps of onshore pump station

Automated Control System pumping pumps of the onshore pumping station (BNS) integrated to the operating automated information and measuring system of the combined water treatment complex (AIIS UWC). Saransk TETs-2 The company Circle announced this on May 22, 2023.

Saransk TETs-2 provides heating and hot water supply to the Central, Northwestern and Northeastern parts of the city.

KRUG Company has performed works on supply and adjustment of the frequency converter cabinet with DevLink-S1000 control equipment for the onshore pumping station (LPF BNS).

BNS LPF is designed to control pumps both locally and remotely with the possibility of switching to backup power supply for uninterrupted water intake. The functions of regulating the pressure and flow rate at the pump outlet, as well as issuing a task to the frequency converter are performed using the DevLink-C1000 controller and DevLink-A10 input/output modules from the PAK CAS KRUG-2000.

At AWS operators AIIS UWC with SCADA installed KRUG-2000 the possibility of remote control of BNS pumps, monitoring and setting of water intake flow rate, alarm of emergency situations is implemented.

AIIS UWC of Saransk TETs-2 operates on the basis of the KRUG-2000 software and hardware (software and hardware) complex (PAK PTK KRUG-2000).

Work on this project was carried out jointly with TDA-Electro Group of Companies (Penza ).

KRUG has been working at the facilities of the Saransk TETs-2 since 1999. During this time, with the participation of specialists of NPF KRUG, the reconstruction and modernization of automation tools for technological processes of the main equipment is being consistently carried out.

Conversion of existing control cabinets with installation of DevLink-C1000 controllers

The KRUG company on April 24, 2023 announced the completion of work on the technical re-equipment of the automated information and measuring system of the combined water treatment complex (AIIS UWC) of the Saransk TETs-2.

The existing control cabinets were converted with the installation of DevLink-C1000 controllers and DevLink-A10 I/O modules from the PAK CAS KRUG-2000. The controller equipment operates under the control of the real-time controller system (RVCC) developed by NPF KRUG. Read more here.

2021: Installation of the DevLink-C1000 controller

On September 27, 2021, KRUG announced that it had completed the second stage of technical re-equipment of the automated information and measuring system of the combined water treatment complex (AIIS UWC) of the Saransk TETs-2.

Saransk TETs-2 (a branch of Mordovian PJSC T Plus) provides heating and hot water supply to the Central and Northeastern parts of the city, releases steam to the Northern and Central industrial areas.

AIIS UWC was developed on the basis of the CAS software and hardware complex KRUG-2000 using standard technical solutions for APCS of boiler houses and accounting for natural gas, electric energy, heat and water resources.

Work has been done to upgrade the existing control cabinet with the installation of industrial DevLink-S1000 controllers with I/O modules DevLink-A10 to replace obsolete equipment.

NPF KRUG has been working at the facilities of the Saransk TETs-2 since 1999. During this time, the specialists of NPF KRUG are consistently reconstructing and modernizing the main equipment and means of automation of technological processes.
