Sberbank established cooperation through SIEI with FTS, Rosstat and FAS

Sberbank announced on August 7, 2018 that it continues to transfer all processes of interaction with state bodies to an electronic form. Using the system of interdepartmental electronic interaction (SIEI) Sberbank already interacts with the Federal Tax Service (certificates of incorporation and the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs, check of a TIN on the Full Name and the identity document, data on existence of the decision on suspension of account transactions of the taxpayer), Federal State Statistics Service (given to annual accounting records of the organizations) and Federal Antimonopoly Service (data on existence or absence of the legal person in the register of unfair suppliers).

Until the end of 2018 integration of bank with services of Rosreestr for obtaining statements from EGRN will come to the end and transition to paperless interaction with the Ministry of Agriculture according to programs of subsidizing of entrepreneurs will take place.

In Russia the Digital Economy program which is directed to transfer of all relationship of citizens, the state and business in a digital form is implemented. We support this program and we begin, of course, with ourselves. Paperless document flow is, first of all, a saving of time of our clients. I will emphasize that the data containing personal data are provided by state bodies in bank only with the consent of the client — the vice chairman of the board of Sberbank Anatoly Popov.

On October 3, 2017 the Government of the Russian Federation adopts the amendments to Order No. 1471-r opening to banks access to 20 document types and data on physical persons and legal entities with use SIEI. Thus, the Government of the Russian Federation supported offers of Sberbank on transition to electronic interaction of banks with state bodies.
