Description
Automation of accounting in Scania Rus LLC and in her dealer Skaniya-service LLC is executed using the software product "by the Alpha Car: Motor show + Car service + Auto parts. Edition 5.0" (certificate of 1C: Compatible). It is the automation system of management accounting which is a configuration for the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform. The configuration includes the following accounting modules: spare parts, car service, motor show, financial block, data exchange. When choosing the software product it was considered that more than 80% of dealers of Skaniya worked at the 1C Enterprise platform and more than 60% on the solutions "Alpha Car". The choice of the partner in solution development, first of all was defined by long-term effective cooperation with 1C Rarus company which began in 2001 and continues still. In a project deliverable a common information space "the distributor - the dealer" is created. Implementation of the program allowed:
- Reduce time of selection of spare parts and works at repair calculation,
- Reduce time of processing by the dealer of warranty claims
- Reduce a set-up time of orders for replenishment of a warehouse.
Integration of information flows of the dealer and distributor promoted performance improvement of staff of the company.
