Orlan Trans Group completes preparation for control automation implementing solution by resources of the enterprise

INTALEV Group completed the project on development of new methodology of management accounting and the reporting for Orlan-Trans-Group Group.

Task

Growth of volumes of activity, existence of a set of sources of information (both information systems, and the persons responsible for these or those sections of accounting) – the factors which resulted top management in need of systematization and optimization of all saved-up data, rules of management accounting, development of methodology of management accounting, uniform and transparent for all participants.

According to the results of market monitoring of the consulting companies, Orlan-Trans-Group selected from quality of the partner of the project of INTALEV Group.

Solution

In the middle of January, 2012 the joint project on development of methodology of management accounting and the reporting started.

Within the project were described, optimized and enshrined in the corresponding regulations:

• forms of managerial reports which include P&L, Balance, Cash Flow, reports on the analysis of a margin and debit - creditor to debts,
• managerial account policy which includes detailed descriptions of accounting rules for each income and expense item, accounting of assets and settlement, the principles of consolidation and so forth.
• technology of reporting which includes descriptions of rules of formation for every line of the reporting with indication of sources - information systems and rules of selection of information - according to account policy.

Result and development

The advanced methodology of creation of the reporting providing completeness, reliability and transparency of reporting data became a project deliverable. It is supposed that INTALEV implementation of a program and methodical complex "INTALEV will become the next step to the effective system of financial management in Orlan-Trans-Group Group joint with consultants: Corporate management".
