October 07, 2015. CORUS Consulting Group announced project completion on implementation of the ERP system in TD Sedrus company. The solution became a core of the complex project designed to automate completely business processes of management of production and trade business of the enterprise.
Choosing a Solution
Prior to the beginning of the TD Sedrus project used the IS-PRO system within which the complex of logistic, production and financial processes was automated. In process of development of the company, increase and complication of business processes, the existing system ceased to meet the increased requirements to performance and functionality in the light of further development plans for business. The new technological platform differing in stability, broad functionality and a possibility of permanent development was necessary for the management of TD Sedrus for implementation of the planned purposes. As a result of studying of modern ERP platforms of world vendors a choice was made for benefit of Microsoft.
Project Progress
Within the first stage specialists of Corus Consulting automated operations on purchases, sales, settlement with partners, to management of transport logistics, accounting of Inventories and finished goods. For effective management of cash flows own solution of integrator "KORUS|Treasury", allowing to provide synchronism of receipt and expenditure of means, to plan the sequence and terms of commission of financial transactions is implemented. During the second stage of the project the complex of production accounting (from maintaining compoundings and accounting of the movement of raw materials before quality control of finished goods and the reporting) and also formation and the analysis of cost of production, fixed asset accounting and intangible assets was automated. Within the project specialized solutions on control of drawing of accounts for the goods delivery, weight control of transport, to expanded accounting of observance of contractual commitments with clients and control points on shipments were implemented.
In parallel with the ERP project, a command of Corus Consulting the project on transfer of a corporate portal from the platform 1C: Bitrix on Microsoft SharePoint 2013 for the purpose of structuring information space, increase in effective management of personnel, start of new processes and creation of the convenient tool for each employee of the company was implemented. In a project deliverable on a new corporate portal the uniform storage of documents, a recording system of the entering and outgoing correspondence, service of requests is organized (in AHO, on transport and training) and also conventional components of a corporate portal are updated: news of the company, information pages, the websites of divisions and work areas for conducting project activity. Thanks to integration of the portal with a new ERP system regarding the HR module, after approval of changes (on the Microsoft SharePoint portal) in an organization structure of dynamically developing company the changed data automatically are broadcast in the ERP system. Close interaction of two systems on personnel management helps each employee to understand accurately the role in the company and to build effective interaction with colleagues. For example, on the portal characteristic of a position and functional tasks which allow to define the powers and an area of responsibility quickly is displayed.
Result
As a result of the complex project in TD Sedrus a common information space where close integration of Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft SharePoint and earlier implemented by Microsoft Dynamics CRM allows employees to carry out effectively tasks and to spend a minimum of time for data retrieval, approval and tracking of key indicators of the role was created.
Existence of an auditor trace – records about authorship and chronology of actions and transactions in a system became important line of the ERP system. Such approach increased the responsibility of employees for the made decisions and provided to the management the additional mechanism for the analysis and control, representatives of the company integrator reported TAdviser.
