Content

The data center "1C-Rarus" automated conducting the regulated and management accounting in Select Radio Group using software products "1C:Enterprise 8. Management of corporate finances", "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" and "Advertizing + Traffic, version 2.0".

Start

Resulted growth of the company, emergence of new business divisions and the directions, development of a branch network in need of implementation of the new software for timely obtaining qualitative information.

Creation of the automated control system allowing to obtain the consolidated information on 15 business divisions (each of which has several legal entities) for conducting management accounting became a main objective of the project; analyze activity of branches for providing the detailed reporting to shareholders; provide scalability of business.

As the partner in automation the 1C-Rarus company was selected.

Solution

During implementation the following subsystems were automated:

  • Accounting and tax accounting;
  • Budgeting;
  • Payroll calculation and personnel records;
  • Cash management;
  • Operational accounting of the company (accounting of advertizing and traffic)

Project implementation allowed the customer to receive the following results:

  • The unified information system for conducting accounting, tax accounting and management accounting is created. Data from information bases of each of 15 branches and their subsidiary companies – more than 40 separate bases are integrated. Consolidation of information and high efficiency of its receiving is provided. Synchronization of databases happens several times within a day.
  • The main reference books, including, according to cost items, partners, broadcasting formats, etc. are unified.
  • Automated management of money that allowed the company to carry out operational accounting of the actual cash flow on the checking accounts "Select Radio", quickly to plan and control receipt and a funds expenditure. The transparency of process is provided. Labor costs on consolidation of information are reduced by 20%.
  • The budgeting subsystem allowing a message the multidimensional analysis of execution of budgets for business units, the centers of the financial responsibility, to formats of broadcasting and another analytical dimensions is implemented; compare actual data of several periods, analyzing dynamics of change of a financial status of holding.
  • The system of the detailed reporting for maintaining a financial analysis of activity of 15 business units of holding is automated. The management can estimate efficiency of each business unit on the basis of actual data and data of budgeting.
  • Conducting personnel records and payroll in the single database on all business units within holding is provided; formation and export of the regulated reporting in full accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
  • Accounting of placements of advertizing on media channels is automated: pricing of advertizing exits; the analysis and accounting of a log of broadcasting from air automation system etc.
