Senat MEA Management Consultancy completed FirstBIT ERP implementation

On February 2, 2017 The First BIT company announced an implementation project of the FirstBIT ERP system in Senat MEA Management Consultancy company, in Dubai.

Before Senat MEA Management Consultancy company in Dubai there was a task of the organization of an accounting and managerial system for automation of accounting, preparation of the regulated and operational reporting, planning and cash management of the accompanied client companies.

Senat MEA Management Consultancy stopped the choice on FirstBIT ERP technology based on "1C the Enterprise". The software solution supports accounting according to requirements of the legislation of the UAE and allows to prepare financial statements according to international standards.

When choosing the solution for us its security was also important. In the FirstBIT ERP program the mechanism of separation of access rights for different users is implemented, unauthorized access to data is completely excluded by the system of policy of accesses. Project Results

Implementation of FirstBIT ERP allowed Senat MEA Management Consultancy to reduce time for preparation of the reporting, to completely exclude manual work, to keep personnel records and payroll according to the existing labor law of the UAE, to keep accounting at the same time for the organizations with different types of financial and economic activity in different free economic zones of the UAE: DAFZA, JAFZA, RAK FTZ to keep account according to international standards.

There was an opportunity in real time to keep track of results of the financial and economic activity and activity of the companies clients, and if necessary to introduce amendments in business processes for achievement of the best financial performance.
