The development of the SeTKa IT platform in terms of the introduction of artificial intelligence tools required updating the architecture of the centralized data warehouse - to fully automate the processes of collecting and routing information flows - from primary sources to analytical storefronts, as well as providing transparent and separate data management for the entire Service-Telecom group.

This solution allows you to consolidate all data sources and ensure transparent management. Within the framework of the project, DAR specialists conducted a survey of data sources and developed channels for their supply, analyzed existing analytical reports and helped to build a unified methodology for calculating key indicators.

The created storage on the PostgreSQL platform consolidates data from various systems and serves as a single source for the formation of dashboards in the corporate business analytics system. The architecture of the solution is designed with scalability in mind, which allows you to flexibly develop storage as new business tasks arise and implement the project in stages.

The data of the Service-Telecom Group are located in a single secure information loop, are downloaded on time and in full, and their interpretation is unambiguous for all users.
