2025: Joining four companies, preparing for IPO
On February 12, 2025, it became known that the board of directors of GK Service-Telecom JSC approved the reorganization of the company through the merger of four LLCs - Service-Telecom, Technoresurs, Link Development and Infrastructure Investments. The decision was made at the end of January 2025. The company explained that the consolidation of assets is carried out in preparation for a potential IPO and is aimed at optimizing the corporate structure before entering the public markets.
According to Sheets"," the company by February 2025 manages 21,268 communication structures and ranks third in the Russian tower market after New towers"" (35,000 towers) and Tower Infrastructure Company"" MTS (23,000 towers).
The group includes real estate management companies: National Tower Company JSC, Link Development and Technoresurs. The GC also manages the joint venture ST-National Project and owns shares in the companies ST - Transport Infrastructure (50.1%) and ST - Energy Grid Infrastructure (50%).
The majority owner of the company with a 75% share is Galina Gurinova, the wife of the founder of the tire holding Cordiant"" Vadim Gurinov. In 2021, the company acquired 15,400 antenna-mast structures from VimpelCom for ₽70 billion.
In December 2022, the asset portfolio was expanded by the purchase of regional operators Opora Telecom and Dacha on Communications, which own more than 500 communications facilities in the Voronezh, Penza, Leningrad and Belgorod regions, as well as in St. Petersburg.
In August 2024, the joint venture ST-National Project began preparations for attracting external funding for the construction of communication infrastructure. The company considered initial plans for an IPO in 2021, when the value of the asset was estimated at $1 billion, and the volume of placement - at $400 million.[1]

Request of the Ministry of Ministry of Digital Development for a delay from mobilization for employees
At the end of September 2022, Russian tower infrastructure operators Service-Telecom and New Towers appealed to the head of the Ministry of Digital Science Maksut Shadayev with a request to provide employees of industry companies with a delay from partial mobilization.

The communication facilities of tower companies house about 50% of all base stations of the entire cellular communication network, equipment for emergency warning systems, etc.
By September 27, 2022, IT specialists and employees of telecom operators do not fall under partial mobilization, but the delay is not yet due to employees of tower infrastructure operators.
On September 25, 2022, the Bloody Lady Telegram channel published a video message from Service-Telecom employee Dmitry Astrakhantsev from Vsevolozhsk, Leningrad Region, who did not serve in the army, but received a summons. Astrakhantsev is responsible for the construction and development of the Service-Telecom tower portfolio, the company noted. Under his direct responsibility are issues related to compliance with the law when placing critical communication infrastructure on the lands of the forest fund, including in terms of ensuring fire safety of forestry, the company representative added. The purchase of the "National Tower Company" cost $957 million
In early December 2021, the final amount of the transaction for the sale of Veon tower assets in Russia became known. 100% of the shares of National Tower Company JSC and about 15,400 antenna-mast structures were sold to the Service-Telecom group for $957 million, while initially the parties discussed the amount of $970 million.
