The T1 Integration company reported on November 19, 2021 about end of the first an introduction project stage in the Servionika company of the platform for automation of service business processes (ESM) SimpleOne. First of all, the process of finding and receiving employees was automated.

Russian development is designed to automate business processes and unify them, which is provided by a single information environment for all service departments: IT, HR, financial service, administration and others. Automation of the HR division was the first stage of the project. The main implementation took 2 months.

The process of finding new employees has become more controlled and transparent for all participants: heads of departments, HR specialists, security department.

In a single system, any employee of the company with the appropriate permissions can create a request for a specialist search in a couple of clicks and send it for approval. HR department employees can also fill out candidate cards in several clicks and send them for consideration. Alerts and simple presentation of candidate cards reduce response time. The assignment of the interview also takes place in the system. The platform provides for the process of agreeing on a candidate within the company.

We have over 2,000 employees. The process of searching for specialists and their employment has already been spelled out, understood and formalized, but the scale of the task required the introduction of an automation system. Instead of highly specialized HR programs, Servionica preferred the ESM platform SimpleOne, which will digitalize all the company's service processes and link them in a single system. The next stages in the development of the project will be work on processes within the framework of the economic, IT and legal directions, "said Tatyana Kobzeva, head of the personnel management department for working with key clients of Servionica.

Colleagues from Servionika made the right decision by choosing the concept of Enterprise Service Management instead of a zoo of systems that could result from many separate programs.
