Severgazbank introduced a 1C: Enterprise 8 accounting system

2021: Implementation of accounting system based on "1C: AHD Bank"

On December 13, 2021, AIT Capital announced the implementation of a project to automate the processes of administrative and economic activities and the operational accounting of property in Severgazbank. The system based on "1C:Enterprise 8" covered 50 jobs in the head office and the entire branch network of the bank.

To ensure the activities of the head office and branches, the bank needs to quickly manage administrative and economic activities. In 2019, the management of Severgazbank JSC decided to introduce the Bank's automated AHD system. The flagship solution for banks on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform was chosen. The tender for the project was won by AITI Capital, a partner of 1C for automation of the financial sector, the author and developer of circulation solutions for banks on the 1C platform, which are used in more than 80 banks.

The basis for the creation of a centralized expense management system of the bank was chosen the replica software product "1C: AHD Bank" of 1C and "AIT Capital."

During the project, the following tasks were automated: administrative and economic activities, IFRS- 16, operational property accounting with individual automated workplaces of material and responsible persons and a status machine, control and regulatory banking procedures, integration with ABS Bank (from Inversia).

With the help of the AIT Capital solution, he set up the following in the SGB:

• accounting for potential loss provisions,
• accounting of business agreements and mutual settlements with counterparties,
• accounting of settlements with accountable persons,
• Accounting procedures,
• accounting of events after the reporting date (IDR),
• Asset Accounting (FA)
• Accounting for temporary non-core property (LNPA),
• accounting for long-term assets intended for further sale (DAPP) and - capital investments,
• accounting for intangible assets (hereinafter - NMA), inventory,
• non-system accounting of material assets,
• Accounting for financial leases under IFRS- 16
• VAT, tax accounting of deferred taxes.

The project migrated from the bank's current systems to targeted regulatory reference information (NSI) and analytical account balances. Reporting forms have been developed.

To optimize the existing property accounting processes before the creation of accounting documents, the bank organizes automated workplaces of material responsible persons with the possibility of entering transactions on the corresponding accounting, for each of which variable reconciliation routes are set, in which, in turn, all divisions of the bank participate.

In the system "1C: AHDB" are a single process of administrative and economic activity, accounting for financial leases and other blocks. Thus, at each stage of accounting, all information is available to the responsible person, including on, which reduces the time for making a decision when maintaining accounting. The transfer or return of asset accounting operations to the next stage of approval is performed "one button at a time," which also significantly speeds up the entire process.

The centralized solution "1C: AHDB" in two operating centers and the head office of the SGB made it possible to optimize labor costs by 20%. 50 bank employees carry out daily operations. 1C AHDB allows you to support the entry of operations on the administrative and economic activities of the bank, accounting for the movements of MOL property, the entry of payments on administrative and economic expenses in the 24 * 7 mode.

The key result of the project was the centralization of all the functions of the project on a single IT platform. In the system created in 2020, all processes related to the administrative and economic activities of the bank and other needs announced by the project entrance are automated and concentrated.
