2015-2016

For the purpose of reduction of the name and constituent documents of Bank in compliance with regulations of Chapter 4 of the Civil code of the Russian Federation since May 22, 2015 of the bank name it is changed to public joint stock company "SGB BANK. The solution of the only shareholder No. 15 of 11/10/2016 changes full name of bank.

On December 23, 2016 in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities record about registration of amendments to the charter of bank with new full name was made.

2014

8/26/2002 the certificate on entering of record about bank into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities behind primary state registration number 1023500000160 is received.

1994-1999

From 1994 to 1997. The bank was called the MARSBANK Joint-stock commercial bank Private company. The Bank is renamed by the solution of the annual general shareholder meeting of May 16, 1997 into Private company commercial bank of development of the gas industry of the North SEVERGAZBANK (the license of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation No. 2816 of 8/1/03). Due to the change like joint-stock company since April 2, 1999 full name of Bank changed on Open joint stock company commercial bank of development of the gas industry of the North SEVERGAZBANK (The license of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation No. 2816 of 8/1/03)
