Execution

1. Built the process of planning the unloading of cars in the warehouses of PJSC Severstal"" taking into account the requests of the counterparty. automated The routine actions of employees were also taken into account. Automated receipt data from other systems, integrated with these systems.
2. Automated mechanisms for booking dates and slots for unloading vehicles that are convenient for both warehouse employees and counterparties who will be able to independently build a schedule of their stay in the premises of PAO Severstal warehouses.
3. Built the process of the life cycle of the request for booking the unloading slot, from the moment of creation, to the moment of completion, with the possibility of making operational adjustments. They made it transparent to track the request for a reservation for both counterparties and warehouse workers.
4. Consolidated the processes of booking, applying for a pass within the framework of one service, as well as set up and added reporting, convenient for internal and external users with the ability to quickly upload.

Results

1. We have implemented a service for booking places in the warehouses of PAO Severstal. More than 5,000 suppliers have gained access to the booking service. The solution was so successful that other business units of the group of companies want to use this solution.
2. Service gives counterparties confidence that they will not spend time waiting for shipment in queues in warehouses. At the same time, warehouse employees were able to efficiently allocate working hours, planning the day taking into account the shipment schedule.
3. Solutions have been implemented that allow you to quickly track statistics on counterparties arriving at warehouses, as well as the number of unloaded machines for different periods.
